The bill is in its original form and received a "Without Committee Recommendation". Please contact your Senator on HB 1466. The message: Please support HB 1466. HB 1466 provides North Dakota the opportunity to be proactive and have in place an abortion ban for when new decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court make the North Dakota abortion ban constitutional. HB 1466 "reaffirms the tradition of the state of North Dakota to protect every human life whether unborn or aged, healthy or sick" [NDCC 14-02.1-01].
