We are excited to announce our keynote speaker for our 2018 Spring Banquet is Scott Fischbach!
SCOTT FISCHBACH has served as the executive director of Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life (MCCL) since 2001. Under his leadership, MCCL has been able to pass several pieces of pro-life legislation, including the Women’s Right to Know Act, the Unborn Child Pain Prevention Act, and the Positive Alternatives grant program. MCCL has also embarked on numerous new educational outreach programs under Mr. Fischbach, including the Compassion Media campaign, Hispanos por la Vida Hispanic outreach, and the GO! Global Outreach program, which provides life-affirming human rights activists with research and educational materials worldwide. While promoting educational outreach, it is local grassroots development that still is most important at MCCL. The annual MCCL Fall Tour, Student Day at the Capitol, educational booths at ninety-two county fairs, and Mother’s and Father’s Day recognition projects keep MCCL’s two hundred chapters active in their local communities saving lives. He is married to Minnesota Lt. Governor Michelle Fischbach, and the couple has two adult children and three grandchildren.
