North Dakota Right to Life Fall Banquet- Dickinson

We are excited to announce our keynote speaker for our 2019 Fall Banquet will be Lynda Bell!

HON. LYNDA BELL has been married to Mark for over thirty-four years. She has three married daughters and 12 grandchildren, their ages range from two years to twenty two years. More than four years ago Gov. Rick Scott appointed her to the Florida Communities Trust Board.

She is the president of Florida Right to Life and the Florida delegate to the National Right to Life Board of Directors, where she serves as the Chairman of the Board. Lynda Lobbies for FRTL.
She is currently the City Manager for a city in NW Florida. Lynda was a Miami Dade County Commissioner where she served as the vice chairman of the board. Prior to that she was a councilwoman, Vice Mayor and was elected mayor of Homestead in 2007, making her the first and only woman mayor in the city’s 100 year history.

In 2015 Lynda graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Supervision and Management from Miami Dade College School of Business. She was inducted into the International Honor Society for business school students. She has won numerous awards and was the recipient of the Athena Award by the Homestead-Florida City Chamber of Commerce in 2004. She received the “I am Blessed Award” at the Dade County Days in Tallahassee in 2009. In 2012, in honor of Women’s History Month (March) she received awards for “Women First: Miami Women Who Led the Way,” “In the Company of Women,” and the “American Society for Public Administration. Her name has been read into the congressional record for being the first and only woman Mayor in the city of Homestead.

She has debated many issues for Florida Right to Life, including the authorization for the Choose Life license plate, embryonic stem cell research, euthanasia, and partial-birth abortion. She has appeared on many local and national television and radio programs.

If you’d like to reserve seats for this year’s North Dakota Right to Life Fall Banquet, please send an email to director@ndrl.org or call (701) 258-3811.  There is no cost to attend the banquet, but a request for a donation will be made.

Table Hosting: 

We are currently looking for people to be table hosts at our banquets. Table hosts are responsible for filling a table of 8 and passing out information to their guests during the banquet. Please consider volunteering to be a table host for us.

Underwriting levels:

LIFESAVER: $1000+, Pre-banquet VIP reception with the guest speaker, company name or logo recognized in the program, NDRL’s website, and on the projector screen.                                                                                                                                     

ADVOCATE: $500-$999, Company/name or logo recognized in the program, NDRL’s website, and on the projector screen.                                                                                                                                      

SUPPORTER: $200-$499, company/name recognized on NDRL’s website, and on the projector screen.
